Rurban Concept by Narendra Modi

Narendra modi has announced a project called rurbanisation and selected 50 towns for it. First let me explain what is Rurban concept.

Rurban in a word itself is a combination of two words Rural + Urban i.e. a town with spirit or soul of rural areas and facilities of urban areas.

At first look, concept looks fantastic, of course it is, but my concern is its implementation. From past records, no doubt he is capable of giving facilities of a city to a village but what about spirit of village ??

What is spirit of  a village?? 

I know I am trying to define a thing which can only be felt but lets try ..

• Major thing is, people are concerned about each other. In village there is apnapan among people. They celebrate for each other's success, they support each other in tough times.
• Fresh air because of not that pollution and a lot of greenery.
• Birds, animals and love for them. For ex.:- Dancing peacock. Dadi maa giving roti to cows.
• Taste of chapati cooked on a chulha.
• Eating together, mother serving the food.

Now lets think why this spirit is not there in cities ..

Root cause is, no one is having time in cities. Situation are so worse in major cities that parents are not having time for their children so there is no point talking about whether they will have time for neighbours or families.

Another cause is money mindedness, all they think about is money, how to earn more. So even if they are having time they are interested in earning more not caring their neighbours or families.

And being practical is an excuse eating all of their emotions. I am ashamed of saying they are becoming emotionless.

My question is can we save villages from these diseases giving all the facilities ??

If answer is yes then next question is how ??

Will they cook any more on a chulha when they will be provided a machine in which Rotis will be made automatically ??

Mentality is a thing we can't force to anybody and specially in a healthy democracy. 

So, what is solution ??

Government should create an awareness department whose job will be to keep an eye on all the changes in behaviour of people when they are given facilities and aware them, educate them. Spiritual and moral education gonna play a major role.

All the solutions are invited, I will try they will reach to Gujarat government.

Baba Ramdev and his Demands

From last two weeks Baba Ramdev is in lime light, Some people are die hard fans of baba. Where as some people are against baba, but all are having an opinion about baba. Some are discussing about whether baba is fraud or its his publicity stunt or he is having political aims blah blah blah. And some are like We follow baba whatever he say is god`s words for us. Some have sympathy about baba that "whatever happened at the midnight was very wrong and against the democracy". But No one or very few cares to read Baba`s demands and what is their opinion upon those demands. So here my main focus would be on Baba`s demands , Whether his demands (Not he) are good for country or not.

First of all I will describe demands of baba :-

1.  Tough Lokpal Bill, with a provision for death sentence for the corrupt, especially corrupt officials

2. Immediate return of all black money stashed away in tax havens abroad to the country

3. Declaring all wealth in foreign countries being held illegally by Indians as national property and charging those with such accounts under the sedition laws

4.  Abolishing Rs.1,000 and Rs.500 currency notes

5.  Disabling the operations of any bank which belongs to a country that is a tax haven

6.  Replacing the British-inherited system of governance, administration, taxation, education, law and order with a swadeshi alternative

7.  Reforming the electoral system to ensure that the Prime Minister is directly elected by people

8.  Ensuring that all citizens declare annually their incomes

9.  Bringing income-tax details under the Right to Information Act

10.  Increasing substantially the Minimum Support Price of grains

11.  Making wages of different categories of laborers uniform across the country

12.  Revoking the Land Acquisition Act, as farmers should not be deprived of their land for industry

13.  Promoting Hindi at the expense of English. 

Now I will write my opinion about these demands

I am completely agree with first five demands, sixth demand is good but I can`t understand what are swadeshi Alternatives so I can`t comment.

However , I don`t agree with the seventh demand because I have seen condition of Jaipur Nagar Nigam Which is having mayor of different party and Board (Majority of Parshad ) of different party, its hard to a decision in such conditions.

I agree with 8 to 12 .

I think 13 th is possible if India becomes economic global power otherwise its impractical.

Article on Police and common man

This is an article on police and common man.
Rajasthan police is having a slogan Apradhiyo me dar , aam admi me vishvaas . Now don`t start laughing. This is true. and if you not believe me then ask any rajasthani he will confirm it.

But what`s happening in rajasthan is just opposite of it. Aparadhi  is having vishvaas that police will not take any action against us and by chance if they did so then just a bribe of rs 100 will save them.

and aam admi is having dar by the police. They even don`t want to go to police station. They say "In  police valo se to na dosti achchhi hain na dushmani". And one of my friend says "Daakan to fir bhi ek ghar chhod deti hain ye police vale to vo bhi nahi chhodte".

Things should really change and policeman should make us believe that "we are also human like you only". and they should maintain the law. And aparadhi should be threatened.

Ten important suggestions for election

The article is taken from rasrang,dainik bhaskar. The cover story is from Aditya shankar dubey. I translated it into English. I may or may not agree with the suggestion. We will discuss about each point in the comments.
The suggestions are:-

1) Compulsory voting: The voting should be compulsory from gram panchayat to parliament.

2) Cancel public representative : People should be given right to cancel the selection of a public representative by voing if they are not satisfied by his work.

3) Elect party, not candidate : Voters elect their favorite party instead of electing a candidate and candidate of that party will be elected.

4)Fifty Percent votes are compulsory : To win a election the candidate must get fifty percent votes. If winner candidate has not got 50% vote then in next Stage election will be between first two candidate.

5)All elections together: All election whether gram panchayat or state or center should be done together.

6) If no party gets the majority in election then all party togther will form the government.

7) Control on number of parties : Election committee should operate the process of registration of party on the basis of their performance in the election. Election committee should increase The minimum number of primary member  of a party.

 8) Bail amount should be increased to control not serious candidates.

9) Only One Seat: Candidates must not allowed to contest election from more than one seat.

10) One Voter list: For all elections whther parliament or assemblies or else , Only one voter list should be used.

Was it right or wrong?

On 26 jan.when whole nation was celebrating 62nd republic day, at 8:00 PM somebody murdered a guy whose age was just around 31. He came with a purpose to loot him. The police was caught badly drunk. It was 6th incident in town in just 2 and half month. No one is arrested yet in last 5 incidents. One caught was escaped due to poor clause. The Outrageous public jammed the national highway no. 8. Was it right or wrong??

FAQ on Tiranga Yatra

1. By doing this kashmir`s peaceful environment will violated!!
 If Gandhi, bhagat subhash chandra bose and many freedom fighters would have thought that by doing agitation or march , peace will violate in the country then we may not get freedom. What kind of peace they are talking about? Separatists are challenging us and we are behaving like a coward. We don`t need peace on the price of kashmir.

2. It is political drama!!
It may be the case, but then also the flag should be hoisted at lal chowk. What message you are giving to separatist?

3. Only BJP workers are patriotic!!
No, it is not the case. I am not a BJP worker but I am patriotic and then also I want to hoist the flag in the lal chowk. And I will welcome if prime minister on the behalf of whole nation hoist the flag in the lal chowk.

4. Why only Lal chowk?
Lal chowk is the place where all anti-national activities by the separatists are executed. It is a symbol to show them that we are alive. And we have not surrendered in front of you.

If they don`t allow to hoist the flag my heart will break.

About my Blog`s Name

First of all, I decided to give my blog the name "jainsushant.blogspot.com". But then I thought I can`t change my name but I can change my blog`s name. And then I chose "indiansushant.blogspot.com"

Now also somebody will find out my religion in my name but I am requsting you all that I am Indian and India is my religion. I don`t live in India but India lives in me.

I write article as an indian and not as jainy , rajasthani or something else.

This is an article on prime minister manmohan singh regarding corruption and recent 2-g spectrum scam.

He is blind. But he do not know that he is because he is having an eye.
There are two types of blinds in the world. One, without eyes and second having eyes. Blinds, Not having eyes are recognised easily but it is hard to recognise the ones with eyes. But he is, definitely a blind with eye.
He is not able to see anything or we can say he do not want to see anything.

In past There was three monkeys of gandhiji(Mahatma Gandhi). One closed his eyes, one closed ears and one closed mouth. But today,gandhiji(Sonia gandhi) is having only one. and he has closed his eyes as well as his ears and mouth. He is following the gandhi in the way-bura mat dekho, bura mat suno, bura mat kaho.

CAG Report said that we had revenue loss of Rs 1.76 lakh crore due to non-auctioning of the spectrum. The point is what was PM doing when this policy is applied? The Supreme Court rightly asked, was the Prime Minister sleeping?  India`s biggest scandal happened in his cabinet and he is sitting in his PMO having a finger on his mouth just like a child of LKG.

Congress gave a statement that PM is honest.  He did not knew about it.  The whole case justifies an old statement of Lal krishna advani that "he is weakest prime minister ever" .  Has he any value in the cabinet or not?

After biggest scam ever opposition is asking for the JPC which is quite natural but congress is not accepting it. congress has a list of excuses. Whole winter session has wasted. Congress is not accepting the demand of JPC . What congress wants to hide? if congress is very innocent then it should not hesitate from any enquiry.

Mean while PM once broke the silence and said "I am ready to appear against PAC" . And after within 24 hours pranab da threatened him saying that "he should not give any statement without discussing". really he is very weak Prime minister.

Now I expect from the BJP as a good opposition stick with his demand of JPC and from PM take the permission of sonia gandhi to clarify what he was doing when the biggest scandal happened???

Vote percentage should be increased

एक सप्ताह पहले मैं मधुबन, झारखण्ड में था | मभुबन में शिखर जी एक जैन तीर्थ हैं | वहा पर पर्वत की 27 किलोमीटर की चढ़ाई हैं | कई डोली वाले होते हैं वहा पर | एक दिन मैंने पहाड़ पर देखा की डोली वाले बहुत कम हैं | मैंने एक से पूछा क्या बात हैं आज डोली वाले बहुत कम हैं | उसने कहा बाबूजी आज चुनाव है | मैंने पूछा तुम नहीं गए वोट देने | उसने अंगुली का निशाँ बताते हुए कहा "दे कर आया हु" | आज काम पर नहीं आये तो आज तुम सब का नुकसान नहीं होगा क्या? तो उस का जवाब सुन कर मैं अचंभित रह गया | उसने कहा "वोट नहीं देते तो गलत आदमी चुन कर आ जाता , पाच साल झेलना पड़ता, वोट देना बहुत जरूरी हें"

I was really stunned at that time. People are becoming really aware. It simply showing India shining. But at the one end backward people are becoming aware, rich people do not care to vote. Actually they have no time for voting like stupid things. They all are dependent. They need servants for every work. Election comission should consider my suggestion. Allow servants of rich people to vote instead of them. At least 80 % voting should be done. In the up election 2007, BSP got not more than 30% vote and then also he is the ruling party. What kind of democracy it is ? In which 70 % people do not support the ruling party. I don`t know how but vote percentage should be increased. People must vote. Then only we can say government of the people by the people and for the people.

Home is not just made of walls, doors and windows. It needs something more. Home can be made heaven or hell. It completely depends on the members of it. Look at a sher –

Here I am giving some tips to make a home heaven.

~ Take dinner together – Set your busy schedule in such a manner that at dinner you are with your whole family.

~Respect each other- Follow the policy “give respect and take respect”. Sometimes also show them that you are giving respect to them. Small things like birthday and anniversary wishing matters a lot, a lot … Keep it mind.

~Prioritize your family- Give priority to your family over your friends, office members etc. and also show them that you are giving priority to them.

~Communicate with each other – If you are disagree with others on some issues then don`t stop communication. Communicate with them and sort out the problem. Remember never stop communication.

~Trust each other

~Anger is natural but if one is angry then other should keep silence.

~Start morning with fresh mind.

The Truth of Reservation

Many people in this country want to join politics but they do not have the qualification. You must be thinking that, to contest election what qualification is needed because there are many in the parliament that do not know even counting. But I want to clear one thing that I am not talking about educational qualification because to run this country there is no need to be educated. Politicians make us count many advantages of being educated but often on the question of why there is no need of a MLA being educated, they keep great silence. Well, I am talking about racial qualification. Many people want to serve the nation but they fail in the exam of caste. Today to clear exam of caste is also a big deal. But point to be noted is that in these sixty years how many backwards got benefit of this reservation policy which is made only for ten years. Is this policy really crutch for lame or only delusion of being a crutch. Because truth will come out when lame will raise the crutches. Do lame wants to walk or we can say, In these sixty years how many lames even touched the crutch or we can say how many lame even know sense of the crutch. And how long the lame will stand on his own feet. Are we teaching the lame how to stand on our own feet through the crutch or we are just making him dependent on the crutch because we have delusion that until lame is dependent on crutch our political aims will easily complete. But naturally question arises that in the process of running the lame, are we stopping a healthy man from walking.

The bitter truth is that I(gen. category) cannot contest the election of sarpanch , MLA, MP from my constituency.

Isn`t it a exploitation of my basic right to contest election. Is anybody listening me? Will Reservation policy will end ever… Remember it was made only for ten years.

Kaun Bana Karorepati???

Kaun Banega carorepati. Four seasons have passed away. The no. of carorepati has not crossed even tense place. We become carorepati or not who is concerned! but You mr. Amitabh bachchan! You have become carorepati in this game. And Star plus and Sony owners have become carorepati. And Those companies have become carorepati which are giving advertisement in this serial. We 100 carore can only become FOOL, not carorepati.

This is not a serial, it is a new type of casino. From last 63 years all are fooling us by make us dream higher, even higher. They make us dream about removing poverty. The one who saw it, has gone below poverty line. We know that who became the carorepati. In this country, if earthquake comes then there are many who become carorepati on the name of earthquake. By making carore people cry, how somebody became carorepati we can easily see in this country.

Gandhiji spended all his life in a langoti and by his name there are many who not just become carorepati but arabpati. Dear Amitabh Bachchan ! Don`t teach them how to become carorepati by comfort. If you want to teach them , then teach that how a man become carorepati with struggle. We have a long list who become carorepati by comfort, in which many Harshad Mehta, many A.raja , Many suresh kalmadi are included.

Now I want to ask you only one question worth 1 carore. Will u Answer? How will Nation`s Poverty and unemployement will remove? a)by You b) By Sony or star Plus c) by politicians d) by Struggle. I know only in the greed of 1 carore you will not give the right answer of this question, because if you show others the path of struggle then you will become Roadpati for sure.

Language should be no bar

Maximum Population of India grow up speaking his mother tongue it may be Hindi or other local language but in studies he has pressure to learn in English. now problem is that first he has to understand English then his subject. what i think is language should be no bar the main concentration should be on concepts.

Because India isn’t about a building or two, not about Hindu or Muslim, India isn’t even about a bunch of bodies. India is about a SPIRIT. A spirit which fills your heart with love and non-violence. A spirit which is about to make India a super power within 61 years of its existence.

You have attacked a land which gave shelter to our ancestors who invaded India from Europe, shelter to invaders from Middle East, shelter to the Imperialistic Britain, a nation which gave YOU PAKISTAN with tears in its eye. You have attacked a nation where a lady of Catholic origin sacrifices the post of Prime Minister of India for a Sikh man who takes his oath under a great Muslim President to govern a nation of over 80% Hindus. You killed a 2 year old Jewish boy who was celebrating his 2nd birthday. He did not know if he was a Muslim, Hindu or Jew. All he knew was his parents and you killed them too. You have made me numb with the figures thrown at us every day, 100 people killed yesterday 200 killed today.

I am not a Hindu, or a Muslim, or a Christian, Sikh or Jew. I AM INDIA and India is my religion. Yes you have read it right, India is my religion. You guys need to understand that we don’t live in India. India lives in us. You can not kill INDIA by killing few people in the name of religion because our religion itself is INDIA.

And from now on you better sleep with one eye open.
